Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:
- Operator means VB Digital N.V., a company registered in Curaçao with its address at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curaçao, which owns and operates the Site at betivisa.com under Curaçao Gaming License No. GLH-OCCHKTW0712302019.
- Site means the Bet Visa online gambling platform operated at betivisa.com, including the Bet Visa localized version, all pages, sub-domains, mobile versions, apps, and any related services and content.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site, registers an account, or otherwise uses the services provided by the Operator.
- Account means a personal, single-user account registered in your name on the Site, which enables you to deposit funds, place Bets and participate in games.
- Bet means any stake, wager or similar transaction placed by you on any game, event, or outcome offered on the Site, whether in the casino, live casino, sportsbook, or any other product vertical.
- Wager means the act of staking real money funds or bonus funds on a game or event available on the Site, and includes any subsequent re-wagering required to meet Bonus conditions.
- Bonus means any promotional benefit offered by the Operator, including but not limited to bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashback, or loyalty rewards, which may be subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions.
- Real Money Balance means the portion of your Account balance consisting of funds you have deposited and any winnings derived from those deposits, excluding Bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
- Bonus Balance means the portion of your Account balance consisting of Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom that remain subject to wagering or other conditions before conversion to Real Money Balance.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identification and verification processes the Operator carries out in accordance with its KYC / AML Policy and applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations.
- AML Policy means the anti-money laundering policy and procedures adopted by the Operator and referenced in the footer of the Site, which apply in addition to these Terms.
- Responsible Gaming Policy means the responsible gambling information and tools made available via the Site footer, including but not limited to self-limits and self-exclusion options (where available).
- Payment Processor means any third party engaged by the Operator or its subsidiary entities, including entities in Cyprus, to process deposits, withdrawals or other payment transactions to and from your Account.
- Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao on which banks are generally open for business.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law in your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for online gambling. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Local law compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Site is lawful under the laws of the country or territory from which you access Bet Visa. The Operator does not provide legal advice and does not accept responsibility for any breach of local laws by you.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Creating multiple Accounts, including under different names, email addresses, devices or payment instruments, is prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.
Account Creation and Verification (KYC)
- Registration information: To open an Account you must complete the registration form on the Site and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a secure password. You may be asked to confirm that you access the Bet Visa version of the Site from the UK or a specific location.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address (for example, by clicking a confirmation link) before you can fully use your Account, receive certain Bonuses, or process withdrawals.
- KYC documentation: In line with the KYC / AML Policy and Curaçao regulatory requirements, you may be asked at any time to provide identity and verification documents, which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of payment methods, and, where relevant, proof of source of funds. The Operator and its Payment Processors (including subsidiary entities in Cyprus used for card processing) may carry out electronic checks with third-party verification providers.
- Verification timing: The Operator may restrict or delay deposits, bets, Bonuses or withdrawals until it has successfully completed KYC checks. In certain cases, your Account may remain suspended until you provide requested documents or information, even if you have already made deposits or placed Bets.
- Accuracy and updates: You must keep your registration details correct and up-to-date at all times and promptly update any changes via your Account settings or customer support. If any information you provide is false, misleading or incomplete, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and void Bets or Bonuses to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Security and Usage
- Credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, will be deemed to have been conducted by you.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by a third party, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Prohibited uses: You must not use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraudulent chargebacks, collusion, or using stolen payment details. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and regulators.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participation
- Availability of games: The Site offers casino games, live casino games and other betting products provided by third-party software suppliers. The rules of each game or product (including minimum and maximum stakes, payouts and special features) are available within the game interface and form part of these Terms. You must familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any Bet.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is considered accepted when it has been processed and confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your Account's transaction history. If a technical or communication error prevents confirmation, the Bet may not be considered valid, even if it appears on your device.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits determined by the Operator and/or its suppliers. Attempts to place Bets outside these limits may be rejected or adjusted automatically. The Operator may, at its discretion, impose individual Account limits.
- Game outcomes: Random Number Generator (RNG) games and live games are determined by certified systems and/or actual game results from studios or events. The outcome recorded by the Operator's systems is final and binding, subject to the Error and Malfunction provisions below.
Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations
- Technical errors: In the event of obvious technical errors, misconfigurations, RNG malfunction, or other failures (including incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or duplicate payouts), the Operator may void affected Bets, cancel winnings and restore your balance to the state prior to the error. Where possible, the Operator will provide an explanation and supporting records.
- Mispriced or obviously incorrect offers: If a game or promotion is offered with an obvious error (such as an impossible payout, inverted odds or clearly unintended feature), the Operator may correct the error and, where necessary, void or adjust affected transactions, provided it acts reasonably and without discriminatory intent.
- Player-initiated cancellations: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the Operator's systems, you cannot usually cancel or modify it. In exceptional circumstances and entirely at the Operator's discretion, a Bet may be cancelled upon your timely request, but the Operator is under no obligation to do so.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Where the Site offers live casino games or chat functions (including dealer chat and player-to-player chat), you must behave respectfully and refrain from any abusive, offensive, discriminatory, harassing or threatening language or conduct.
- Prohibited content: You must not use chat or other communication tools to promote illegal activities, share personal data of others, advertise other websites or services, solicit funds, or engage in collusion or cheating.
- Moderation and sanctions: The Operator or its suppliers may monitor and record chat communications and may remove messages, mute or ban users from chat, or suspend or close Accounts where behaviour violates these rules or applicable laws.
- Fair play: You must not exploit any bug, loophole or vulnerability in games or the Site, nor use software robots, automated betting tools, or any other unfair advantage. Suspicious patterns (including group play intended to exploit Bonuses) may lead to investigation, suspension, and forfeiture of winnings obtained through abuse.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Bonus offers: From time to time, Bet Visa may offer Bonuses to Users of the Bet Visa version of betivisa.com, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms displayed in the relevant offer, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum winnings, and expiry periods.
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may need to opt-in, enter a bonus code, or meet specified conditions (for example, making a qualifying deposit). Some Bonuses are automatically credited, while others require manual claim through your Account or customer support.
- Wagering: Bonus funds and any associated winnings generally remain locked as a Bonus Balance until you meet the stated wagering requirements (for example, 30x the Bonus amount, or 30x Bonus plus deposit). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wagering must be completed within the timeframe indicated in the offer, which will not be earlier than 2025 for active promotions.
- Contribution and game weighting: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games or low-risk bets may contribute less or 0%). The specific contribution rates are set out in the Bonus rules for each promotion.
Prohibited Practices and Game Restrictions
- Restricted games: Certain games or game types may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may only partially contribute. Playing excluded games with Bonus funds may result in the Bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
- Irregular play: Strategies intended to artificially meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, such as placing low-risk bets, opposing bets, or disproportionately increasing stakes after substantial wins, may be treated as Bonus abuse. The Operator may, after a reasonable investigation, cancel Bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts involved in such activity.
- Maximum bet with Bonus funds: Bonus terms may specify a maximum permitted Bet per spin, hand or game round while wagering a Bonus (for example, not exceeding a stated amount or a certain proportion of your Bonus Balance). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and related winnings.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Management
- One Bonus at a time: Unless explicitly allowed in the specific rules, only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. You may not combine or "stack" multiple Bonuses or promotions on the same deposit or game session.
- Bonus cancellation: You may, in some cases, request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting customer support. Cancelling a Bonus will usually result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it that have not yet met wagering requirements, while your Real Money Balance remains available.
- Changes to Bonus offers: The Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw Bonus offers where necessary for legal, regulatory or operational reasons, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect Bonuses already accepted by you, except where required to address errors, abuse or compliance issues, in which case the Operator will act reasonably and proportionately.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: The Site supports a range of deposit methods, which may include payment cards (such as Visa and Mastercard), e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers and selected cryptocurrencies, as shown in the Cashier section of your Account. Some card transactions may be processed by subsidiary entities in Cyprus or other Payment Processors acting on behalf of VB Digital N.V.
- Ownership of payment methods: You must use only payment instruments that are registered in your own name. The Operator may require proof that you are the legitimate holder of any card, account, wallet or cryptocurrency address used.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by method and market. The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer or Payment Processor may apply their own charges or currency conversion fees.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods in line with its AML Policy and operational constraints.
- Processing times: Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within a reasonable period, typically within a few Business Days, but may take longer where additional KYC checks or security reviews are required. The Operator aims to process withdrawals efficiently but cannot guarantee exact processing times due to third-party and banking factors.
- KYC and security checks: Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may require additional identity, payment, or source-of-funds verification. Failure to provide requested information or documents may lead to withdrawal delays, cancellation of Bets, or Account suspension.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per specified period, as communicated in the Cashier or in specific promotions. The Operator may charge reasonable withdrawal fees in certain circumstances and will display any such fees before you confirm your request.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals
- Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate chargebacks or similar payment reversals without a valid legal basis. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend your Account, recover the amount of the chargeback and any associated fees from your Real Money Balance, void affected Bets and winnings, and take legal action where appropriate.
- Refund policy: Deposits that have already been used, in whole or in part, for placing Bets are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, and subject to applicable law and AML requirements, the Operator may consider a refund request, but is under no obligation to grant it.
- Bet and Bonus refunds: If Bets or Bonuses are voided due to technical errors, malfunctions, regulatory reasons or clear rule infringements, the Operator will normally restore your balance to the position immediately prior to the affected transaction(s), subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
Regional compliance note (UK): Player funds held by Bet Visa are not protected in the event of the Operator's insolvency in the same way that funds must be protected under UKGC rules. By using Bet Visa, you acknowledge this difference and accept that your level of financial protection may be lower than that provided by UK-licensed operators.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Site and services with reasonable care and skill, consistent with its Curaçao licensing obligations and industry standards. It will take reasonable steps to ensure that games are operated fairly and that results are determined by certified RNGs or actual event outcomes, as applicable.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site (including game rules, payout tables and promotional details) is accurate and up-to-date, it may contain errors or omissions. Where significant discrepancies arise, the Operator will correct them and, if necessary, adjust affected transactions fairly.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures: The Operator is not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from interruptions, delays, lags, or failures in telecommunications, internet connectivity, hardware or software (including devices, browsers and operating systems), unless caused directly by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not liable for actions or omissions of third parties, including Payment Processors, game providers and other external service providers, save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Consequential damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if foreseeable.
- Maximum compensation: Subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of the Bet or game round directly related to such claim, or (ii) your net deposits on the Site during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, provided that this limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
- Self-exclusion and blocking: As Bet Visa is not part of UK-wide self-exclusion schemes such as GamStop, the Operator cannot recognise self-exclusions registered under those schemes. You remain responsible for managing your gambling behaviour on betivisa.com using the tools available on the Site.
Regional compliance note (UK): Nothing in this Limitation of Liability section seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights you may have under UK or EU/UK GDPR-related legislation that applies despite the Curaçao governing law clause.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site (including Bet Visa), its content and underlying software are owned by the Operator, its affiliates or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, all trademarks, logos, domain names (including betivisa.com), trade names, game titles, graphics, text, interfaces, music, sound, video, and software code.
- Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site on your personal devices solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
- Trademarks: The "Bet Visa" name, logos and associated branding used on betivisa.com are trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. You may not use any such trademarks for any purpose without prior written consent.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible via the footer of betivisa.com. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and explains what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights in relation to your personal data.
- Data processing and transfers: Your personal data may be processed in Curaçao, Cyprus and other countries where the Operator or its Payment Processors and service providers are located. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your data, but cross-border transfers may involve jurisdictions with different data protection laws than those of your home country.
- AML and KYC: Certain personal data is processed for KYC and AML purposes, as described in the KYC / AML Policy referenced in the Site footer. This includes identity, payment and transactional data, and may be retained for at least five years after the end of your relationship with the Operator or longer where required by law.
Regional compliance note (UK): To the extent that UK data protection laws (including the UK GDPR) apply to your use of Bet Visa, the Operator will process your personal data in accordance with those laws and the Privacy Policy. You should carefully review the Privacy Policy for details of your rights and how to exercise them.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements, industry practices, technical developments, or the Operator's business operations.
- Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by email (where you have provided a valid email address), by on-Site notifications, or by a prominent banner or pop-up on betivisa.com or the Bet Visa pages.
- Effective date: The revised Terms will specify an effective date that will not be earlier than the date of publication on the Site, and generally not earlier than 2025 for substantive changes. Continued access to or use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site, cancel any pending Bets that can lawfully be cancelled, and request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance (subject to KYC and AML checks).
Termination & Suspension
- Operator's right to suspend or terminate: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, freeze or confiscate funds, and/or void Bets or Bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- you have breached these Terms or any game or Bonus rules;
- you have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC checks;
- you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion or other criminal activity;
- you have engaged in abusive behaviour, Bonus abuse or use of prohibited software tools; or
- your use of the Site may damage the Operator's reputation or contravene applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
- Your right to close your Account: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. The Operator will process your request within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding investigations or legal obligations.
- Treatment of funds: Upon termination or suspension, Real Money Balances that are not subject to investigation, chargeback, or legal hold will normally be returned to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to KYC checks and AML restrictions. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the relevant conditions may be cancelled.
- Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to inactivity procedures (including potential administrative fees or closure) as described in the Site policies and in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Site and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Mandatory consumer rights: Nothing in this section prevents the application of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside, to the extent such provisions must apply and cannot be derogated from by agreement. However, you acknowledge that Bet Visa has no physical presence or legal representation in the United Kingdom and is not licensed by the UKGC.
Dispute Resolution and Complaints
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint about the Site or the Operator's services, you should first contact customer support via the methods indicated on betivisa.com, providing full details of your concern and any relevant evidence. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Escalation to regulator: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's response and your complaint concerns the fairness or legality of the gambling services, you may escalate it to Curaçao eGaming, the supervisory authority for the Operator's license, via the regulator complaint portal at https://curacao-egaming.com. You may be required to provide copies of your communication with the Operator.
- Jurisdiction and courts: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao. You acknowledge that, as the Operator holds no UKGC licence and no physical presence in the UK, your ability to pursue claims in UK courts may be limited.

- Note on UK presence: The Operator has no physical presence or legal representation in the United Kingdom. No UK postal address, UK phone number or UK-based customer service office is available as of the last update of these Terms in 2026.
